CEED started with a simple observation: talent is everywhere, but access is not. Across Miami-Dade, young people, families, and small business owners were showing up ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to build something lasting — but too often the programs meant to help them were scattered, hard to find, or built for someone else’s neighborhood.
CEED exists to close that gap. We work where the need actually is, alongside the schools, businesses, and civic leaders already doing the work, so that support looks less like a one-time program and more like a real seat at the table.

To educate, equip, and empower individuals — especially youth and urban communities — by providing holistic support in education, entrepreneurship, career development, and life skills.

Our Team
People behind the mission.
Our team is made up of educators, advocates, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who have spent their careers in the neighborhoods we serve — bringing classroom experience, small business ownership, workforce development, and civic organizing to the table. Individually, they bring different expertise. Together, they share one belief: a family’s zip code should never decide its future.

CEED does not work in isolation. We build collaborative partnerships with schools, local businesses, and elected officials across Miami-Dade, so every program we run is reinforced by institutions families already trust. That collaboration is what turns a single workshop into a lasting pathway — and what lets our advocacy carry further than any one organization could on its own.
